سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق مُطمئِن

يوضّح هذا المستند كيف يتعامل تطبيق مُطمئِن (`com.motmaen.app`) الصادر عن استوديو مُطمئِن مع بياناتك.

الكاميرا

يستخدم التطبيق كاميرا جهازك لعدّ ركعات الصلاة وللدروس التعليمية، عبر التعرّف على وضعيات القيام والركوع والسجود.

تتم كل المعالجة داخل جهازك حصراً. لا تُحفظ أي صورة أو مقطع فيديو، ولا يُرسَل أي منها إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي جهة أخرى. لا يُخزَّن من الكاميرا سوى أرقام المعايرة (قياسات وضعياتك) داخل ذاكرة التطبيق على جهازك.

الموقع الجغرافي

يُستخدم الموقع لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. الحساب نفسه يتم داخل الجهاز ويعمل دون إنترنت.

استثناء واحد: لعرض اسم مدينتك فقط، تُرسَل إحداثياتك مرّة واحدة إلى خدمة OpenStreetMap Nominatim. هذه الخطوة اختيارية وغير ضرورية لعمل المواقيت، وتفشل بصمت دون إنترنت. تُحفظ الإحداثيات محلياً على جهازك فقط.

الإعلانات

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. قد تجمع خدمة AdMob مُعرّف الإعلان ومعلومات عن الجهاز والشبكة لعرض إعلانات مناسبة وقياس أدائها، وفق سياسة خصوصية جوجل:

لا تُعرَض الإعلانات في شاشات الصلاة والقرآن والحديث والأذكار والأدعية والتعليم.

يمكنك ضبط تفضيلات الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.

المحتوى الصوتي

عند تشغيل تلاوة القرآن، يُجلب الصوت من خوادم MP3Quran.net وEveryAyah.com. هذا يتطلب اتصالاً بالإنترنت، وتصل هذه الخوادم إلى عنوان IP الخاص بك كما هو الحال في أي طلب إنترنت عادي. لا نرسل إليها أي معلومات شخصية.

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

تُحفظ الإعدادات والمعايرة وسجلّ الصلوات والإشارات المرجعية واللغة المختارة داخل جهازك فقط. لا تُرفَع إلى أي خادم، ويؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذفها نهائياً.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك
• لا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات (لا Firebase ولا Google Analytics ولا غيرها)
• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة، عدا ما ذُكر أعلاه عن AdMob وخدمة اسم المدينة
• لا ننشئ حسابات للمستخدمين

الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة، وسيظهر تاريخ التحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy — Motmaen App

This document explains how the Motmaen app (`com.motmaen.app`), published by Motmaen Studio, handles your data.

Camera

The app uses your device camera to count prayer rak'ahs and to run the interactive prayer lessons, by recognising the standing, bowing and prostration positions.

All processing happens entirely on your device. No image or video is stored, and none is sent to our servers or to any third party. The only camera-derived data kept are calibration numbers (measurements of your postures), stored locally on your device.

Location

Location is used to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction. The calculation itself runs on your device and works offline.

One exception: to display your city name only, your coordinates are sent once to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. This step is optional, is not required for prayer times to work, and fails silently when offline. Coordinates are stored locally on your device only.

Advertising

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the advertising ID and device and network information in order to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy:

Ads are not shown on the prayer, Quran, hadith, adhkar, supplications or learning screens.

You can manage ad preferences from your device settings.

Audio content

When Quran recitation is played, the audio is fetched from the MP3Quran.net and EveryAyah.com servers. This requires an internet connection, and those servers receive your IP address as with any ordinary internet request. We send them no personal information.

Data stored on your device

Settings, calibration, prayer history, bookmarks and the selected language are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded to any server, and uninstalling the app deletes them permanently.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, email address or phone number
• We use no tracking or analytics tools (no Firebase, no Google Analytics, none)
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, other than as described above for AdMob and the city-name service
• We do not create user accounts

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from any user, including children.

Changes

We may update this policy as new features are added; the update date will appear at the top of this page.
